I went to FNB in Pretoria central. i changed accounts and requested an account where I would only be charged for use, NO minthly account fees.
I was given the zero monthly account (advised by the consultant), but on top of the transaction fees I get charged a monthly fee and the transaction fees are not transparent (so I dont know for which transaction it is for!).
I want the correct account type given to me, with refund of the costs I was avoiding. And, I will not pay for another card since it was the consultat that gave false info.
