Impossible to get hold of! FRUSTRATING!!!

I applied for finance over a week ago which Wesbank advertises as "get feedback in 10 min". I got feedback in 10 min saying its approved and told me a consultant would call me in 6 hours. The next day... 10 working hours later.. I called in asking for someone to help. They gave me a list of documents to send through and provided the email address. I sent my documents. Got no feedback for a day. I called the next day and they told me they waiting for my documents. I resent. They confirmed that they received.

Its now 8 days later.. i am still getting emails asking for those documents even though they confirmed receipt of it. I have had two diff people contact me - both whom i now cannot get hold of. I call the call centre and hold on for 20 minutes listening to music before getting cut. I have emailed Charmaine van Heerden and Belinda Meyer repeatedly and no one responds. Charmaine emails me today and asks if i am still interested.

What the F&*% is going on. What kind of a business is this. I am an existing customer and feel like pulling all my accounts out of Wesbank!!!

Its like pulling your hair out when dealing with them
