Poor customer service

I am buying a car from a private seller and went onto the Wesbank website to apply for a loan, and I was approved. 3 days later I have yet to receive an email or a phone call from the call centre. I have tried in vain to get hold of someone buy no one answers the phones, I have emailed and no one responds to them. I am so fed up, I am running out of options to get in contact with a someone from the call centre. I faxed my documents through as requested and no one has bothered to pick up the phone and tell me they have received them or if they can or cant read any of the documents. I am so disgusted with the service I have receive, or lack there of.

Can someone call me as ASAP to resolve this issue as I am now very fed up with Wesbank's poor customer service.

All I want is the finance to buy my car and get it over and done with. how can you expect a client to wait 3 days and counting to hear anything about the progress.
