Complaint about the service and lack of communication received agents dealing with my finance.
You will see on your records that I have previously had an account with Wesbank, so I am no stranger to your company.
All of my documentation has been provided to Wesbank, as well as Titleguard Private finance. (Kriben Abrahams provided me with EXCELLENT Service and communication)
I have personally scanned eligible copies, and filled in originals at my local FNB branch for the Agent' attention.
Yesterday 25.03.2013 - I was informed per email that my finance is "in the payment cue"
This morning, I contacted your agent - and was told that the documents faxed through was not clear, and had to be re-processed.
Who's fault is this? - I provided all necessary as requested - and was told "it's all downhill from here"
I am also VERY unsatisfied with the lack of communication from your office, with regards to both the resolution and turnaround for this issue.
Called this morning for Samantha Joubert - and its now mid-day (yet to received a callback)
Local agent Brian Pitcher is yet to email / call me with any feedback on the aforementioned "unclear" documents
