My fiance applied for vehicle on 06/04/2013 at Wesbank (ref.: PRV 3455556) for a private sale. On Monday she called them to find out whether all documents were received. On Tuesday she called again only to find out that the person handling the application (Belinda Meyer) went on training for two days. According to Joahs (who took the call) nobody could help us as the deal was already allocated to Belinda. Wednesday my fiance followed up again, this time a Justin said that the deal will now be allocated to Belinda's team leader, Yvonne. She also did not come back to us. Thursday again my fiance had to call them, only to find out that neither Yvonne nor Belinda is available. Every day since Monday I had to plea with the seller not to sell the bakkie to someone else. I feel like I'm taking the seller for a ride for promising an answer every day. To this day we don't know whether my fianc? qualifies or not. No feedback or response from anybody, we had to follow up every single day with no results. This is utter bad service and if I lose this deal with the seller it would be all because of Wesbank's BAD SERVICE.
