I did an application through VW Bruma and was told the amount applied for was to high and they would approve me and my husband for R142K REF NO 85212969791 and we should shop for a vehicle. After me hounding VW they finally found us a vehicle and they submitted the documents through to Wesbank today they called me saying its been declined. Now I am shocked as Wesbank told us we approved for R142K why are they declining the offer to purchase for this amount after us been told its approved if though we putting down a R30K deposit. Called the call centre and they unable to assist and transferred me thorough to VW Flight with no answer I have been on hold for 2 hours now. Now we look like big at the dealership. I need to find out why its been declined as my husband and I have clear records no judgements or anything bad on our names. Please could someone assist as I would like to know if this is on Wesbank side or VW Finance dept. Thank you
