Truly inconveniencing

I have closed 3 smart spend accounts last month with FNB.
It took them a long time to update their systems about the settled loans.
They still deducted them on from my salary at the end of March even after the details where sent to them.

Now i would like to apply for another loan they tell me i cannot because ITC still has it on their system as i have 5 loans in total. I then call ITC and they tell me FNB hasnt sent an details to let them know i have settled the loans and that i should call them an insist them to do so.

I called FNB and spoke to Lucia Sothoane, who told me that I have to wait for ITC to updated the details as it has been updated by them.

This is truly inconveincing me as i wanted to apply for a loan today (10.04.2013) so i could help with the repairs on my mothers car.
im honestly discouraged by FNB as im a loyal customer for them to do this to me.

I know it's going to take forever for them to respond or help me out when i need assistance today.
