On the 18 January I made a request for the NATIS documents from Wesbank, when I did not receive the documents on the 21 January, I then called the bank and sent an email on the 22 January requesting them to cancel the request. I was then told by the Wesbank that the request of the documents has not yet been made on the system despite the fact that payment has been made and proof of payment has been sent to Wesbank. Following my request to cancel the request on the 25 January I received a response from Wesbank requesting my banking details with the aim of providing a refund which I have provided. Till today I have not yet received my money back. I decided to call wesbank wanting to determine the reason for not getting my money, I was told that it is a different section that make the requests and that they are the call centre. They have gone ahead to make a request of the document as a result they do not have the money in this regard at their disposal, they indicated that the money is with the Licence department. I have provided Wesbank with the evidence that indeed the request has been cancelled through the emails and the date of the conversation I had with the number of employees
