Shocking WESBANK service

1. I've applied for private finance online on Wednesday morning. It has now been 48 hours without any response. I quote "Please note that an agent will be in contact with you within 6 working hours to advise the next steps to be taken to conclude your finance. The approval of your finance is subject to the receipt and validation of the following information: " I have then submitted my documents but still no phone call from a consultant.

2. What is p#ssing me off the most is I have probably called the private finance department about 25 times and waited probably 2 hours on the line and nobody assisted me. Eventually when I got through the lady said that someone will call me back shortly. This was on Thursday morning 15/08/2013. I still haven't received any feedback. Absolutely shocking for such a well known company. Just a pity I already have an account with the guys because I would love to cancel it since the service is shocking. One only have a short period to sort your finance out or you stand the chance off loosing the vehicle.
