NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Application for Finance was approved today at 11AM Nokuthula was suppose to do the final approval but she did not do it. I tried to get hold of Nokuthula from 14H45 until 16H30 with no luck. Then I got hold of her Manager Jacob Diloane, after I spoke to him Nokuthula still did not bother to phone. I send about 7 emails to Nokuthula then only she responded and phoned back. She told me that her work is so far behind that she did not even looked at her email for the whole day!!! Is this how Wesbank staff members operate?? I spoke to the Car dealership and the also confirmed that they have send numerous emails from their side to Nokuthula as well as to 5 other wesbank staff members and not ONE of them replied on the emails. It seems that wesbank doesnt care about customer service at all!!!
