House breaking in claim

Logged a claim on the 20th March that I had a break in at my home on the 19th March. Provided the assessor with the Chubb monitoring report, the case number from the police and a list of goods that were. I don't have a slip for my television and this was questioned. I luckily had a web link via showing that I was selling my house last year and this had a photo evidence of my television. I need finalisation on this case as this is quite disconcerting that Dial Direct (Tele-sure) is taking this long to settle the claim. I have been in contact with the assessor but the time to settle the claim is not very encouraging at all. One's life is now put on hold because you pay your premiums every month, BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO CLAIM, there is always an issue.
