I called the claim center on July 9 and registered my claim with Theo Samuels from Dial Direct. He asked me to take the car to the assessor on 10 July which I did. The Assessor, Pat submitted his report on 10 July and in less than 3 hours Theo called me with the authorization to repair my car! That is what I call speedy service.
Theo took special care to explain every detail to me so I never felt uncertain about anything. He even reminded me of the option to get a rental car in whilst my car is in fir the repairs. Thanks Theo Samuels and Dial Direct.
