Dial Direct misleads its customers

When taking out short term insurance, Dial Direct was happy to take all the information from my secretary knowing very well that she would only be able to disclose what she knows- they take your money for years and when it comes time to claim they try find every opportunity to not settle your claim, and then tell you they have the right to give you notice as you have become a high risk client: -: unethical - when I mentioned this to my fianc? she said that three years ago Dial direct tried backing out of paying for her sons Bakkie that was and had to go legal to get them to accept paying the claim -:
MY QUESTION IS WHY ARE WE INSURING GOODS IF WHEN WE HAVE A MISFORTUNE AND CLAIM WE GET PRO FILED AS HIGH RISK AND A LETTER GIVING YOU NOTICE -: WHY WE GETTING PUNNISHED FOR ASKING FOR WHAT WE PAYING FOR-:
