Someone drove into me July 2012. Still no settlement in place, premiums keep rising even though car is depreciating! No sense of urgency service to solve my claim. Consultant also said to me last year on querying my claim status, value of my claims are higher than premiums paid... is this why it is taking so long to solve because I need my premiums to catch up to my claim value? Dial Direct also can't provide a time frame of resolving this claim, was told it could also take up to even THREE YEARS!!! REALLY??? Is there any hope of ever getting this resolved any time in the immediate future, PLEASE HELP anyone out there able to pull strings??
