I am very disappointed @ dial direct insurance, I am fuming, after having a traumatic experience at my house. My house was burgled in, my household content where and later my claim was declined due to the fact that the accessor says I said, I stay in a complex house where else its a free standing house. 1st I believe im insured for household contents not the building content or if the house is a town, duplex or simplex. wen I took insurance, it was for the goods inside that house @that address for a certain value. I stand to be corrected but I believe my claim was refused due to the fact I only took household content with my car insurer 3months ago, Im even afraid that my car insurance is legitimate because as a customer who does not work @ an insurance company, wen I insure R150000 of content, I expect service and assurance not back office terminology. I have looked in the policy book with terms and conditions, I did not read where it said: we will not approve your claim because you gave us the word house not a home. never and never insure with dial direct, its rip off company. i wil neveeer refer any1 to this company. beware.
