My car is with Direct Direct for 5 months

On the 25th of July 2013 I was involved in a minor car accident, someone bumped me at the back. Its now the 11 of Nov 2013 but still don't have my car yet, while I am still paying monthly premiums. A claim was lodged and the car was fixed by October and the reason for such a long time was unclear. When I was supposed to get my car, I was informed that there is a suspension damage which according to the assessor (Joan Kruger) it was not accident related. After a long argument with the assessor he then requested me to make a second claim on the 29 October 2013 of which i did with Sibusiso Masumpa. I informed them that I am going on holiday will be back on the 10th of November, which is two weeks later after the second claim. I call them to find out how far are they but I lean that the second claim was not done. No feedback, update or any progress regarding the status of my claim. According to ZAMBEZI AUTO where my car is, they haven't received a go ahead from Dial Direct to fix the car and it may take them about 7 working days to fix it. I am very disappointed of the service Dial Direct is giving to me. I have three cars insured with them but I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Can I get help!!!
