Oxford Loss Adjusters
Bad service and dishonesty

I bought a Toyota fortuner in 2010 Dec. The car was 28 February 2013. I called my insurance Garrun Group Pta 28/02/2013 to start with the claim. The claim was handed over to oxford to access the claim, the assessor that investigated and gather all the info did not even know what a fortuner is, he called us 5 times to ask if this was a suv or 'n station-wagon. The paperwork that he completed was not correct as he did not consult with us, he just wrote there what he liked. Neither Garrun or Oxford ever gave us feedback, except when i called them, and only then they will inform you that they need another set of documents. After a month of struggle i finaly received a agreement that they will settle the car and i will have R44000 in my pocked, this document was signed and returned to Garrun 27 Mar. 2 Apr a lady from Oxford called me and told me she will email me a new agreement because they made a mistake on the 1st agreement and that i will have to pay another R9500 excess plus the R2500 that was on the 1st agreement that was signed. Now they demand we sign the 2nd agreement in order for them to release the payments which i refuse, because i already signed an agreement.
