BAD SERVICE

I went to Kenilworth Centre branch FNB in the morning before starting work at 9am and when I got there the customers and some staff were outside the branch after 9am as "there was a transport strike and the person with the keys to the branch is stuck in traffic caused by the strike"! I went back to work advised my manager the urgency of what I had to do at the bank and asked her if I could get my 30 minute lunch earlier as I needed to rush back to the bank, I rushed back and the people were still outside getting doughnuts being handed out by the staff to apologise, still the bank was closed!
