Hi I'm highly disappointed with the service received at FNB bank in Kenilworth centre. It was lunch time and they had only 2 tellers operational at 1.30 the bank was busy and yet one of the tellers went on lunch over this period. Why don't they plan better? People were coming into the bank because they got paid. I spoke to the manager and she gave me some lame excuse that one lady suddenly took ill and the other had to go on lunch- BAD planning. I waited over 30 minutes in my lunchtime. After conversing with other clients who are regular (as
they work in the centre) told me that this often happens. This manageress needs to be trained first of all in dealing with clients (who after all pays her salary) and in the way she addresses people
