And you wonder why you lose customers!!!

Yesterday my business account card got swallowed by an ATM.
I called the call centre and had the card cancelled.
I was instructed to go to a branch and get a new card.
This I did the next day and explicitly asked the branch staff member, a few times, if everything was back to normal (internet banking profile, beneficiaries loaded correctly, ATM withdrawals and debit swipes). she advised me that everything was setup correctly and that I only need to logon to internet banking, select the "reset pin and csp" option, enter the new card details and everything would be sorted out.
Sadly this was not the case, I received an error stating that the there was no internet profile linked.
I then contacted the internet banking contact centre for assistance, after being bounced between a few people, find out I must now go back to the branch because of some incompetent/lazy person not doing their job correctly.
My luck that the STD bank ATM swallows my card, the branch staff dont know what they doing, the internet banking telephony system dont work, the internet banking staff cant assist and as a result I cant pay my staff on time. excellent service guys... Thanks!!!
