Fnb Despicable and Rude! Bank with No morals

I have been an Fnb customer for the past ten years. on Saturday the 19 January i went to my home branch which is Fnb umhlanga crescent. upon waiting at the Atm, two men where trying to interfere with me whilst at the Atm.i had advised the teller inside and she said that i should just use the atm in the middle to be safe. i did so and entered in my pin, within 2 seconds R3000.00 went of my account and i recieved the sms from FNB informing me that i had reached my dailiy limit. THERE WAS NO GUARD PRESENT . I was stuck at the maching my card swallowed. the worst part of this experience was the staff. the branch manager hanneleigh didnt want to help me, she did not even apologise for what happened. she told of the other staff memebers to just attend to this woman. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER WHO HAD JUST BEEN ROBBED!! the procedure itself to invetigate this will take 6-8 weeks this is ridiculous people depend on their money and this is no pocket change.
the staff could not tell what was going to happen except to fill out a form and sit in the Queue! I AM APPALED AT THE LACK OF CARE. in my opinion Fnb are worse than criminals, you as a bank pretend to care about your customers.
