Spent 2-3 hours at the bank for just trying to change my address, thanks to their most incompetent staff, who i think has no clue what she is doing there, secondly seeing customers screaming for assistance, myself included in that queue, with only 2 consultant to help a long queue, the branch manager no where to be seen, i mean absolute disaster, old aged people sitting in there for hours its terrible a BANK LIKE FNB to treat customers UNFAIRLY like this, something must be done about that branch manager and sidindi TOTALLY INCOMPETENT STAFF... so irritated with such service.
