I Mr Adrian Munro, very loyal client of FNB, I am very disappointed that the bank was closed! as many customers with me this morning at Centurion branch!
It's end of the month!!! yes staff needed a holiday! But you are an essential service! that us FNB customers pay allot for in bank fees? and you can't even pay your staff! or some for working on a public holiday!!!
I have opened a new bank account at Capitec bank, where bank costs are dramatically lower!
And they where OPEN, like all the shops in Centurion mall!
Your FNB Online shop was open in the mall! WHY NOT THE BANK!??
Why I am highly upset is... because my mother passed away and Her pension is going to be paid Monday in my account! I needed proof of bank account letter, so now you have lost that money in your bank! I got one from Capitec, they where very friendly and helpful and well organized.
And it's being deposited in Capitec now!
