FNB and their lack of feedback

I went to the bank to perform an ATM dispute after withdrawing and the money did not come out of the ATM. i filled the forms and was told to come back after three days which i did only to get a number for me to call the call centre to find the status of my query. I was advised by the call centre agent that the person who helped me with the request is supposed to follow up not the client and i can go to any branch and they can help. i went to Alberton branch only to be told to go back to the woodmead branch as they cannot help me. i have been going to the Woodmead branch now everyday for the last month to get feedback and it seems no person at FNB knows the correct process to follow interms of ATM disputes. i dont know if this is FNB's way of getting people to not to dispute and forget their money... i am disapponted at the lack of communication and the fact FNB staff are not familiar with their own process. The woodmead branch is slow and there never a branch manager i cannot keep spending and hour and half everyday just to find out wat is happening and i will not subsidise the bank.
