Asked for help several times

I called Ntombi at the Carlswald branch to ask for help 3 weeks ago. She said she will get back to me. She still hasn't. Everytime I call the branch Maude picks up the phone and makes excuses for Ntombi, even when the bank is closed and its 4.00pm Ntombi is "busy" with a customer. I refuse to deal with such incompetent useless people. Is the bank too poor for them to return phone calls or are the staff too coward to face customers. I need to know whats the problem and why am I not being helped. I need to close my 32 day acc and simply save. I dont want to have anything to do with FNB anymore. Disgusting!!! I will not set foot again in your branch. I know how I will get treated. Please closed these accounts for me. I am not coming in!!!
