Terrible Service - No feedback, Cant get through t

I lost my job in the middle of February. I immediately started taking action to organise my personal and car finance payment.

1. It took days to get through to the correct person
2. When I contact personal loans again to change an arrangement as I had now found employment and would receive my first paycheck at the end of April - I was treated badly and there was no flexibility on making a payment arrangement. I have always kept my accounts up to date.
3. I could not get hold of the correct person at MFC. Eventually I sent an email and I was then contacted almost 5 days later.
4. MFC have deducted an amount form my Nedbank Saving Account. I have NEVER authorised a debit order from that account.

I am employed again and more than willing to make arrangements.

Today I am trying to sort this out as the only Money that I have to love off for this month has been debited from my savings account.

I have opened a STandard bank account and will move all my banking there as soon I recieved my first paycheck. I have been a loyal customer of Nedbank for years but I have had enough.
