Debited my account 3 times in 24 hours

I had made an arrangement on my personal loan account, to pay a missed instalment over 2 months. come the end of April i get debited twice. This is the arrangement and i had honoured my account as arranged with you.

However the very next day, you proceed to debit my account yet again for the full amount. meaning that you are not honouring your arrangement with me? now the way i see it, is that yes i am in arrears by half an installment and the balance will be paid at the end of May meaning that my account will be up to date yet again.

these debits come to an amount of just under 9K.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ILLEGAL DEBIT AND WAS NOT AUTHORISED BY ME. I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDSMAN AND MOVE MY ACCOUNT IF NECESSARY

all i want is that you refund my money, after speaking to a lady "Esy Ywade" i am told it will take 4 - 7 working days to refund me this money as my account was being tracked and this money was taken in case i moved my money from my account???!!!
i take it you want to gather interest on this first then send it back to my account.??? this is totally unacceptable.

i want my money by end of business today.
