Black Listed After Not Updating My Payment

Ive been with FNB for as long as I have had a Bob T account and have always been a brand loyalist but things are getting rather thin now. Last year as Im sure many other people were experiencing unemployment and financial issues so was I. Actually I tried to open my own company which failed but none the less I tried. All in all this resulted in me defaulting on my FNB Credit card. Since last year April I have been with my current employer earning a very respectable salary and in turn paid the remaining R20k by the end of June. I also had a FNB loan which I paid in full. Fast forward a year later and only after purchasing a credit score report have I found that FNB Credit card has not bothered to update my payment details and now I cant even get a R399 Cell C contract because it still says I'm owing, never mind the bond which I am looking to apply for!! Needless to say its been 2 weeks now and FNB continually putting me through to voice mails, having no records of my calls and flat out not getting back to me. All I want is a piece of paper saying I have paid so I can get this removed. I'm losing my patience and could be changing banks soon.
