Terrible Irresponsible service!!

I went into the oakdene branch on Saturday the 23rd of March to apply for a home loan. the consultant who helped me was Marcus, after completing the process he said I should be contacted within the course of the following week. the whole week went by, no call, email or SMS. I went into the branch again on Saturday the 30th, Marcus wasn't in, so they couldn't help me, and told me to call on Tuesday. I called today, and: He's on leave, so they can't help me! I called the home loans department on 0861134654, apparently my application hasn't even been captured!!! This is unbelievable!! The woman told me they would capture on their side and I should get an answer next week!!! What kind of horrid service are these people providing?? / I negotiated the lowest price possible for this apartment, and now i stand to lose it because MY BANK is playing around with my application! Everyone says ABSA is the worst bank you could approach for a home loan, but i thought it's My bank, they have all my records and should be able to attend to my application quite quickly.
I will be holding Absa responsible if I do lose this apartment due to this horrible negligence!
