Taking money without authorisation

PLEASE ASSIST . I HAVE PERSONAL LOANS WITH NEDBANK AS WELL AS A ACCOUNT MY PERSONAL LOANS WAS UNPAID FOR TWO MONTHS, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY LETTER FROM NEDBANK OR ARRANGEMENT FOR PAYING THIS LOANS BACK . ON THE END OF THE MONTH NEDBANK TOOK ALMOST MY WHOLE SALARY TO PAY THIS LOANS I HAD TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS SO I CAN PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY WHEN THAT MONEY WAS PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT NEDBANK TOOK AMOUNTS AGAIN . I WENT TO THE BANK ONLY TO HEAR THAT THE MONEY THEY TOOK AT THE END OF THE MONTH AND KNOW AGAIN WAS FOR THE UNPAID LOANS . WHY WAS THERE NO ARRANGEMENT MADE WITH ME TO PAY THIS BACK THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY AUTHORISATION IS THIS LEGAL, I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT AND THIS AFTER I MADE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET MONEY . I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THE UNPAID LOAS NEED TO BE PAID BUT WHY NOT MAKE A ARRANGEMENT WITH ME . PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE PAY MY MONEY BACK AND LETS MA ARRANGEMENTS I HAVE NO MONEY LEFT AND NEED TO PROVIDE FOR MY FAMILY . PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP
