Third month in a row, incorrect amount debited

After the palava I had in Novemeber and December and only having been refunded part of the wrongly debited amounts, having been assured via email and verbally that this was rectified and would not happen again. This month again, the incorrect total amount has been debited. I have arrangements for R500.00 to be debited on my savings account for each of the three accounts I have - this should therefore total 3 x R500.00 = R1500.00. The debits taken total R4500.00 being R500.00 x 9 and then of course R7.00 per debit charged to may savings account as well. I am again late with my rent as a result, this attracts penalty charges. Making arrangements less than my installment amount means that at the moment I have a financial issue and Nedbank has accepted my arrangement. Now i am further behind on my loan accounts and no better off for it. The penaltiy charges and calls I have had to make, pretty much ensured that I am worse off than I was before I made these arrangements. Pls can Nedbank sort this out today and pass the credits back to my account so that I can pay my rent today
