Terrible service

Good day. i have been a legalwise member almost a yr now. i have not received any documentation as proof or anything.i pay a premium of R150 per month. i miss a installement in december. i received a call from them regarding that. i told the lady i have not received any documention apart from sms originally. i do not even know if im officially a member r not. she said they had problems with post and i then gave her my address again. she said they would send my documnets.i queried it again telephonically as to whether im in arears or not.the lady could not not give me an answer.iwas told someone would get back to me.no one did. i sent email regarding this issue.no one got back to me. last month i did not pay them intentionally. few days later i was called regarding that . i told the lady what service am i been offered cause yourl of no benefit to me.no one ever gets back to my queries etc. she apologised also.i said apologes mean nothing cause im stil not getting a service, i told her please rather cancell my subscription. she arogantly said if you want to cancell i must go to branch.funny i did not need to do that when they took my banking details and subcribed me initially.
