Hi. Im a Legalwise member, but regret that I have taken this out. On the 14/6/2013, I requested the services of Legalwise as the guy who bumped into me was giiving me a run around. I have been promised time and again that I will called and updated, but nothing seems to happen. I cannot refer this to the manager as he did the same as well. My premiums are paid month by month and am unable to guarantee myself assistance. It makes me wonder if the testimonials from Legalwise are in actual fact real. Judging from my experience, I dont have anything positive to say about Legalwise / staff. I also lodged a complaint with the customer Care dept on the 9/9/2013 and still no feedback. I am seriously looking at cancelling my policy.
I am the one making all the callss, yet I`m paying for a service.
