I think its a norm for LegalWise to send standard letters and respond to all clients (by reading the complaints) I am disappointed in what service i was told i would get but getting the very opposite. I have to fight my own battles drag the required info from people all i feel should be LegalWise responsibility. I have had two cases where i required help. I have given tons of proof via email and required LegalWise to the case and feedback to me the validity of my case. Instead they send a standard mail and if defendant does not respond they put the problem back into my lap??? what is the use of LegalWise?
