Nightmare to cancel policy and debit orde

It turns out to be a nightmare to cancel a policy with legalwise. having been out of my job for 3 months now and unable to pay my policy, i decided to cancel the policy. after calling 0114706300 i spoke to Thami, who informed me to cancel my debit order and policy by sending an email to one [Email Removed] . this lady whoever she is doesn't respond to email or even send an acknowledgement of receipt... so after a week and an sms from legalwise stating that they would again deduct for the month of February I naturally on that day 25-02-2012 called legalwise again. this time I talked to Felina who asked me to send an email to the same [Email Removed] after I complained of the non response she gave me another email address [Email Removed] and promised to call me after following up on the issue latest in 2 days... but up to now i haven't had any response from her or from the two email addresses i send letters to. today the bank send me another sms saying there is no money in my account for the legalwise debit order... and that means more charges from the bank on me. in the age of email and technology, why does it have to take the whole year to get a response
