Let me get straight to the story, 3 weeks ago, i applied for a personal loan online. This loan was directed to a Nadia at the Lifestyle dept of FNB. (think it was a lead), call center agent did not contact me but it reflected contacted on system. So i left 2 msgs to do so, still nothing. There after i contacted the dpt again. cancelled the application and re-applied. Everything went fine, until i went to the bank as they requested for me to verify my home address. was at the bank on 28-03 for two hours all done. When i followed up on progress on the 2-04-2013, the address details did not match, so i went back to the bank and faxed correct address details, which still was not correct. So call center agent advised to cancel my application!!! so we did..i made another application on line due to me being a further 2 hours at the bank. Now when i make the application the system says i don't qualify due to affordability!!! I have been sent from pillar to post just for a simple application and to date there has been nothing... FNB, i have had 2 personal loans with you in the past paid within a year!!! and a perfect credit rating... WTH is going on??? VERY DISAPPOINTED, TO CALL YOU MY BA
