Legal Wise not taking their customers serious

I am so dissapointed with the service from LEGALWISE. i have been a member for couple of years on one of their higherst option but the service i get in return is disgusting.

it was my second time on the 20th Nov 2013 requesting a service/assistant from them on small issues that needed only of phone call or a letter of demand but till today i haven't received any feedback from them. i make follow ups almost every week and all i get is, "we will revert back to you". later the responsible person will be telling me he has been promoted and therefore he is no longer doing that job. Does that mean it is my responsibility to do handover to his colleagues on his behalf?

i have send them all the necessary documents on the matter i wanted help on, the breached contract, details of the person that breached the contract and all the proof of expenses incurred due to the breach of contract but we are now heading for the third month since then and i don't even know how far is the progress.

at the moment i feel it is useless and i'm just wasting my money by being a member of LEGALWISE
