I was so happy when I took out funeral cover with metropolitan a year ago. the service was amazing. the nightmare stated when I received an sms stating that I have 1 month holiday premium. weeks later, I called them, I spoke to a lady who tried to help.. I asked that I get the holiday premium for the month of December.. The lady did it for November (received an sms).. I told her that she did it for the wrong month. she said she will fix it and do it for December as I requested. 27 December, My acc was debited by M. life.. WHAT HAPPEND TO THE HOLIDAY PREMIUM MONTH? I had to waste my time and airtime all over again to call them and the lady told me that she sent an urgent query for refund. few days later, no feedback.. today (03/01/2013) I called again, spoke to godfrey, he advised that they are waiting another department to clear the refund before they can give me my money back.. WHOSE PROBLEM IS THAT? NOT MINE>>> YOU GUYS MADE THE MESS, WHY DO I HAVE TO BE PUNISHED FOR IT.. so now I have to wait for that specific department to come back from their holiday before I could get my money back.. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW...
