For the first time I really needed assistance from legalwise. I'm a platinum card holder who is paying my premium every month. Every time when I call legalwise for assistance they just say that they will phone me back which they never do. I always end up calling them back again just to hear the same excuse.
Now my problem has gotten worse and still there is no assistance from legalwise. I will never refer any one to legalwise because of this terrible service I keep on receiving.
Why am I paying for a service which I don't receive???
