I have three cases that i ask legalwise to resolve I received very little or no response, the one their counselors closed the case for no reason only after i queried they reopened the query, the other their lawyer is very slow in resolving the issue which is a problem as the person who damaged my vehicle (works with me is applying for a medical board) the other legalwise counselor in East London just does not respond to my please for updates on my case the insurance company made an offer way below the lowest quote tendered to repair my car which i turned down, they have refused to increase the offer, the councilor writes to me after complaining about her to their (legawise) complaints department says she is still waiting for the other parties insurance company.
I AM AT WITS END WITH LEGALWISE I CANT CANCEL MY POLICY FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, EACH MONTH THEY TAKE THEIR DEBIT ORDER OFF FIRST .
