Opening of accounts from the nedbank site

I opened a new account from nedbank approximately a month ago, it took them about 2 weeks before they called me then arranged for the card to be delivered, fine fair enough. then when i got my card gave their guy all the paper work which was requested, now the fun begins, went in on Tuesday to see if my card was active and was told by the branch that they were still busy faxing through the documents so by Thursday my card, so i waited patiently in the same time my salary went in, to my surprise Thursday came along and got an sms stating i must give all my paperwork in again which i duly did, the first person i spoke to was friendly and help full, The second was not too help full. i must admit all the staff at my branch were polite, friendly and efficient, which i cannot say that about all the call centre staff. Guess what i can not draw any money to pay for by bills
