Nedbank Once Again!

On 26/09/2013, I laid a complaint about Nedbank because of delivery of my card, whereby I had to take time off to collect it and it was not in branch because Nedbank happened to use incorrect grammar in the sms that they sent me. The amazing part was that I never even receive my card but they were quick to send me a statement for payment. It is one month later and I finally managed to get a chance to go in branch to collect my card today, 30/10/2013. After the whole process of signing etc, Silindile tells me that my card will not work immediately because of the FICA documents and that after a couple of days she will give me a call and thereafter I will have to go in back branch to put a pin. It has already been a huge hassle for me to collect my card in the first place. Now I must go back in branch just for a pin! I have not ever experienced problems with my primary bank, the way I am experiencing with Nedbank and I never even start banking with them. This means that I can only use my card within a month if it takes me a month to go back in branch. Nedbank's slogan is Make Things Happen, so far nothing has been happening for me except frustration and anger. Absoutely ridiculous.
