I am working in Gabon, before i came to Gabon, i went into Nedbank to find out the process of making my bank card work in Gabon as i will be in this country for 2months and my only source of income is the cash in my card. after i had followed the process that nedbank asked me to do to make my card work here, i didnt believe there was a reason for me to carry cash with me fro SA. i have tried to draw cash here in Gabon but it wont allow me cause Nedbank is sc rewing with me. that is the type of the service a person can expect from Nedbank after you have been banking with them for ten years. i have called the call centre which cost me an arm and a leg as i dont hsave excess to my funds, & they tell me that u need to go into a branch and they will sort it oout because on their system it shows my my account is active in Gabon. all that happens when i try to draw money it leaves my account the goes back into my account after Nedbank as charged me to move my money in my account. excellent way of me Nedbank.
