I have an account with FNB. An amount of R271 has been deducted in my account. I went to the branch to inquire and they told me that the Bank had assumed that i am employed so they upgraded my account to a cheque account hence the deduction. I am not employed and the amount deducted would help me a lot. They managed to update my details but they told me that i had lost the money since it cannot be reversed. Please help in re-claiming my money back.
