Please just give me my card

My quest began in nedbanks brits mall, when i requested that my garage card be transferred from, the rustenburg waterfall mall branch, to the brits mall branch, after one and a half hour, in line the Clark told me nonchalantly, i have to contact the card division, i contacted the card division. 2 day's later, and including 5 long phone calls, the card was transferred to somewhere in brits, the sms just says brits branch?? my wife who has signing rights on the garage card, went to collect the card today, the half brain told her that only the person who's name appears on the card, can clame the card, she has signing rights together with me on the card??
for me to collect the card i must put in a full day's leave, at my employer, now i need someone from nedbank to tell me the following, where my wife can collect the card, and that everything has been arranged, simple right. i will not put in a day's leave, i will not cancel the card, like i explained to the nedbank card division telephone operator, everyone in nedbank will now me, in the end we can avoid a lot of nastiness, i just want my card easy, i can't pick it up my wife with the signing rights on the card needs to pick it up.
