On the 15 November, I opened Savvy Account an the consultant told me that i will get my card by Thursday. I changed my account details with my payroll so m salary can be deposited in the account.
Now 7 days later I don't have my card and my salary has been deposited in this new account and I cannot access it. I phoned the help desk center and was told to go branch for temporary card. I was late cause the bank close at 12 noon. Now I have no money to pay my bills and transportation. why does it take so long to do a simple thing? I HATE NEDBANK!!!
