I have been struggling to have my new card delivered by Nedbank for almost 4 weeks now. After daily calls to the call centre, documents which I apparently never sent although I have the delivery receipts for them, the card was delivered today. The courier guy was very difficult with the FICA documents, although I gave him at least 3 different documents as indicated on Nedbank's website. Made me feel like a criminal and kept saying that Nedbank wont accept the documents. The card has now been sent to a branch for collection. Unbelievable bad experience I have with Nedbank and I have not even started transacting. Really contemplating closing my account and switching banks. Really unbelievable how unhelpful the people have been.
