After misplacing my card, I phoned the card call centre. After a very short wait my call was answered and my card was easily blocked. The lady helping me was very friendly and got straight to what I needed her too do. She instructed me on what to do to collect my card and even gave me her employee reference number if there were any hassles when collecting my new card. The service was very fast and easy when it could have gone the opposite way! I had no hassles with the call centre and even when setting up my online banking not too long ago, I experienced connivence and friendly staff. Thank you Nedbank for your continued friendly and helpful call centre staff!
