Opening of Savvy account

I opened a Savvy account via the internet with Nedbank. The assisted me very quick to have my debit orders changed. I have requested that my Bank Card be delivered to the local branch. However after 7 days I was contacted by a courier company asking where they should deliver my bank card. This happened 4days in a row.
After two weeks I went to the branch to enquire, they then informed they have no knowledge of that and I must call the card division. 4days later it was at the branch. When I went to collect the card and do the necessary
Fica they did not except the original utility bill presented. I was sent back three days in a row before they were satisfied with the documentation presented. However when I wanted to use my account it says account restricted. I called their client service on Thursday who informed me the FICA docs is still outstanding and someone from the branch will call me. Nothing happened on Friday and my account is still restricted. Cant use my salary or any money already deposited into the account. Can't even close the account and go to another bank.
