Why card delivery fees??

I think Nedbank is not up to standard. i opened this card in jan, it took the a month to inform me that i have one, i said i want it closed and they retained me. after that it took them another month to deliver the card. a certain guy named Linda called me and asking about the service offered by nedbank, which i rated 4/10 and i think now i will rate it 0/10, and he arranged the dilvery as the rest of them were failing, and i said to him to deliver the card to carnival branch, which arranged that he also said he will not charge me for the delivery of the card, funny now that they have charged me the fees he said they wouldnt. so its either of two options, you give me the settlement figure and i close or you reverse the fees immediately.
